Missions

First Vision is to do whatever it takes to meet the needs of people with the attitude of Christ, so as to earn the right to share the eternal truth. It is based on Matthew 9:35-10:10.

First Vision is not limited by geographical location, ethnicity, economics or language. The people of First Baptist Claremore are called to take First Vision anywhere and everywhere. We place great emphasis on our local community (link to communistry video), we also emphasis international ministry. We have several ongoing international partnerships.

Call the church office to find out how you can participate in international missions. We would love for you to join us in sharing the gospel with people around the world!  Get your passport NOW!  Applications available online here.

International Mission Board (IMB)

The IMB is the largest and most effective mission board in the world and supports over 5000 Southern Baptist missionaries on every continent. First Baptist Claremore gives a portion of each weeks offering to fund these missions along with a special mission offering named “The Lottie Moon Christmas Offering” which we collect October – January annually.
