How to Join

If you desire to join First Baptist Church, you will need to do so during a Sunday or Wednesday Worship Service. During the hymn of decision, make your way to the front and there will be someone available to pray with you about your spiritual need or assist you in making a decision for Christ. If you feel the need to speak to a pastor privately before making a decision to join First Baptist, please call the Church Office at 918-341-8181 to schedule an appointment.

First Baptist Receives Members By:

• Profession of Faith: for those who desire to accept Christ as their personal Savior and follow with Baptism.
• Baptism: for those who have received Christ but have never been baptized by immersion as a believer.
• Transfer of Membership: for those who are coming from a Baptist Church of like belief.
• Statement: for those who know Christ as their personal Savior and who have been baptized by immersion according to the New Testament pattern.

Cancellation Policy of First Baptist Church, Claremore

General Policy: We will not cancel services based on forecasts, but only upon actual ice/or snow accumulations.

Non – Weather Related Cancellations:

It is NOT a policy of First Baptist Church, Claremore to cancel Wednesday night activities when the public schools are not in session. This will be determined on a case by case situation. Unless inclement weather or pre-publicized cancellations are in effect, all regularly scheduled activities will take place as scheduled.
